I have these on 10 hours a day -- for meetings, gaming, and music, at home, office, and street. Wear these more than my glasses.
These are XL but the gf finds them a good size too because they cup the ear.

They grip firmly, but you can reach out to the manufacturer and they'll explain how to change the tightness (Mark, you may be pleased to know this)
And the ear cups rotate? So if you a lil hillbilly like me without a perfectly symmetrical ears, they'll just swivel to adjust to whatever shape your head at.

Stays on your head while exercising which is wonderful, and they have either wireless blutooth for that, or the cable option. Ears get hot, but the phones do not, so switch to ambient mode when you're out on a hike.

The noise exclusion is the best feature. Even without the active noise cancelling these are better than any other phones I've used for cutting out noise, and with the noise cancelling on you can block out construction site noise. So be careful crossing the street with that one, you won't hear the car horn.

Volume buttons in in all the right places, and has an ambient mode too if you want to wear them around your neck. Folds up small to fit in the bag. Charge is fast asf, as in 10 mins charge 2 hours+ of music.
Sound quality is as good as sennies (but I'm just a music lover not an sound engineer)

I've had them for a week, they seem durable but even if not I hearrd House of Marley does repairs.

What else? Oh yeah, buy em.

Had the xls a few years ago, they were awesome, a nice beat when they started up instead of the high pitched beep others have, soft buttons that didn't click, blue tooth that went across my house.

They stripped all that out, cheaper hardware and software.
But maybe the noise cancelling will be worth losing all the cushy features.

They have added hearing aid noise cancelling, it cuts background noise and makes voices nice and clear, hopeless for use in public, if there are people talking you're going to hear about it, over whatever you're listening to, any music with singing will also grace your ears, and they have kiddy-volume set on them so the outside world will always win the volume contest.

The cups died in three months, after smelling bad for weeks, while replacing them I found they'd punched regular holes through the covering that touches the ears, any sweat was getting directly absorbed by the foam, awesome. -_-

The hunt for decent headphones continues, Marley's are off the list.

Better noise cancelling, sound quality or more comfortable fit elsewhere but I'm keeping with these because they stay on well during exercise, the company commits to sustainability well, the design is attractive, and the ANC is on par with more expensive headphones.

These were too big for her, and were very uncomfortable - we returned them, as she couldn't adjust them to fit her head properly, and they hurt her (pushed down painfully on her ears).
