Terrible product

These are the worst headphones I've ever bought! Horrendous sound quality, ear feel and just general feel. I am regularly shocked by a screeching noise that threatens to rip my eardrums apart, I have only used them for four days, and will never be using them again for fear of my health. Get rid of this product from your store please god.

Keeps Disconnecting

I bought these as a cheap way to listen to music after my over ear headphones broke. When they do work, they work great. But the issues make them basically unusable they constantly disconnect (cutting off the music), randomly blast at full volume or go super quiet, and sometimes make loud static or buzzing noises.

Sure, they were not expensive, but I can’t even get through a full song without something going wrong. You’d think they’d at least work fine for a few months before wearing out, but these problems started on day one. Safe to say, I don’t recommend them.

Gets an extra star because when they work they are ok.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
