Good sound, comfortable fit and hold a decent charge. I like them. Only drawback is if i am exercising hard, (jumping, twisting) they can feel a little loose. This was the first set and died fairly early on, left earbud driver diaphragm separated, I filed a case with Sennheiser, had to fight tooth and nail to have them honor the warranty.
The replacement set (accentum series) was no better and failed in exactly the same way within three months.
Sennheiser refuse to replace them saying I must have left them in a hot car yet they never left the climate controlled house!
I am not a heavy user by any means and looked after these. They should have lasted years like my much cheaper skull candy pair.
The sound quality is the only good thing, but what point is that if they just die?

Bad quality, terrible support. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I didn't use them for a few months after we moved house (and no longer had an expansive lawn to mow), but when I did go to use them again, they weren't able to run longer than about 60-90 mins on a full charge. When I checked my receipt - was 2 months outside warranty (1 year, I believe).

Highly disappointing.

The quality is well worth the affordable price. The mechanism on the hinge seems to wear easily as I have only had them for about a month or so. Would definitely recommend for someone looking in the mid to high range. The quality is well worth the affordable price. I've had the product for a few months now.
Half the time I use these I have to re-pair them to get both ears working. The other half of the time is adjusting them so it actually works in my ears.
However, when they are working they sound fantastic. And they were decently cheaper than other products which somewhat makes up for the issues. I've had the product for a few months now.
