Battery life is amazing, the charging blew me away too. It's been a while since I splurged on a wireless headset and I was impressed and very happy with my decision... That was until today.
I received them on 30/03/23 and it's 03/04/2023, so well under a week.

For the first time, I heard crackling like listening to pop rocks candy. I've charged it maybe 4 times and already I'm experiencing issues does not bode well for the long term. I'll amend this post if it's a once-off and I don't have issues for a while, but this has made me start to regret my decision to get them

Yes, they say you can reset your headset, but if I need to reset it less than a week in, it's disappointing and does not bode well. Purchase at your own risk. If this happens again within 2 weeks I will be requesting a refund.
That being said, before this happened I was very impressed with them and I 'might' just have a faulty product.

Shokz just work for me. I just love the technology. I have the OpenRunPro for general usage, and OpenComm for work, then upgraded to the adapter based set. I work from home, often spending 7 or 8 hours on VC, and I find with these I am much less drained because they don't cover or go in my ears. Also allows me to hear people at the door, or if the dogs are causing havoc.

Used it all day today and took calls on a busy train ride. The caller on the other end could hear me perfectly. Highly recommended since it has the dedicated microphone arm that is close to your mouth for noisy environments.

I’m a big fan of Bone conduction headphones and these are no exception. Super comfortable, very fast to charge, insane wireless range as usual with the brand.

The microphone is discreet and folds away when not in use. Noise cancellation is great even outdoors (something my previous Shokz have struggle with). For anyone who loves normal Shokz but needs a better microphone or anyone in an office where you need to talk to colleagues but also answer calls it’s a fantastic device.

The laptop dongle is fine, but not quite as reliable as I would like. It can sometimes take a few tries to get it to connect if you have been using your phone. These are surprisingly comfortable. Great for all-day wear. I have outer ear deafness so the bone conduction bypasses all that and I have good sound again.

I am seriously impressed by this Shoks headset, I bought two. It is perfect for a busy work environment and being able to make calls and have Zoom meetings without your mic picking up on too much ambient noise. So the main thing for me was getting a great microphone, comfortable for long periods of use and a bluetooth connection. Battery doesn't last a full day but recharges super fast during a break. If you want the best music headset with plenty of bass, this is not for you but for me it is heaps good enough for music while I am working, for an audiobook or a YouTube. The biggest factor for me is that in-ear headsets never fitted well for me and often fell out. Also, I needed to hear if someone was calling out for me. These stay on easily all day no matter what I am doing ... no sore ears. Wish I had found these sooner.
