Integrated PID Control Technology

The Advantech ADAM-6022-A1E is equipped with two independent PID control loops, offering enhanced automation capabilities within a single compact module. Flexible I/O Configuration

Each PID loop supports a combination of 3 analog inputs, 1 analog output, 1 digital input, and 1 digital alarm output. This flexible I/O design ensures compatibility with a wide range of sensors and actuators, enabling seamless integration with existing control systems. It enhances system adaptability and minimizes the need for additional expansion hardware.

Wide Range Analog Signal Support

The module supports multiple analog I/O signal ranges, including 0 to 10 VDC, 0 to 20 mA, and 4 to 20 mA. Advanced Operation & Safety Modes

With support for both heating and cooling actions (direct or reverse modes), the module provides flexibility for diverse control scenarios. In addition, users can enable or disable PID control via loop open/close mode and manually control the analog output when needed. A built-in watchdog timer is included to automatically recover system operations in case of malfunction, improving system reliability.

Shipping Security and Insurance

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.
