E P.O.S : Worst headset I've ever purchased - DO NOT BUY unless you like to cry

This headset is a "P O S", it's even in the name "EPOS IMPACT...". The clarity is appalling - my 8 year old dying Jabra Evolve headset is far superior. You sound like you're underwater (so they other end tell me). I wasn't expecting a headset for music - just clear and quality Teams meeting heads and occasional phone use. They do not connect to Windows 11 as a headset like all other Bluetooth devices. And because of my company policy I will likely have to jump through hoops to get the necessary drivers loaded (which shouldn't be needed - they are Bluetooth head phones!!). From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
