Jabra Evolve2 75 Bluetooth On-Ear Active Noise Cancelling Headset - UC Certified

I have had this headset for 3 years now (i.e the warranty as expired) . Worked great, nice sound, good noise cancelling capabilities. I purchased these thinking i was buying a premium product
However, my mic randomly, mid meeting, stopped working. I tried all the trouble shooting steps you can find online. No joy! Apparently the mic dying is a well know issue and there are no replacement parts available.
For the price and life span of this "premium" product. I would not recommend these head phones!

Seamless and reliable connection to both PC and Phone
Long lasting battery and easy to use charging base

Jabra support tried some fixes, resetting unit etc without any luck and ended up recommending replacing at my cost

bought this for my colleague, had issues previously with other headphones in regards with connection, clarity and charge. All things got solved with this headphone would def recommend this headphone

When the headset is working as it should it's brilliant. I can barely hear the office noise in the background so it's easy to hear the caller. More importantly, the caller cannot really hear any of the background noise in my environment making it a far better experience for them also. The only issue I have had so far is that sometimes the mics in the fold-down boom don't seem to work and the caller really struggles to hear my voice. Almost as if the headset is blocking me out as well as the background noise. It is an issue but not very frequent When the headset is working as it should it's brilliant. Before getting the Jabra Evolve2 75s, I would constantly switch between my Sony WH1000-XM4 headset and my Jabra Evolve 75s in the office. The former was more comfortable for prolonged music listening while in deep flow and had better noise cancellation, but was terrible for calls in a noisy office as the mics picked up all the conversations around me except the one that I was trying to have.

The latter was great for conference calls, but got a bit uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time. This headset has solved all those shenanigans and is now my daily driver.

The battery life is fantastic, easily spanning several workdays or one seriously long-haul flight. The ANC keeps me tightly ensconced in my cocoon of productivity until I make visual contact with colleagues, the boom mic isolates my voice for conference calls flawlessly, and with Microsoft Teams integration, I only need to lower my mic for it to switch from my music to the call. In comparison to the Sony XM4s, I found this headset better at prioritising which app/function I needed at the moment, and the auto-pause and play feature when I put down the headset worked much more often for me.

Rather than getting a high-end personal headset and a high-end professional headset, I definitely would recommend getting this one instead to serve both use cases.
