Elgato Stream Deck MK.2 - White

I mostly use my pc for gaming, the streamdeck is easy to use and makes tasks super easy with one button press instead of multiple clicks for navigation.

Initially i thought i needed the XL but realised you can create multiple profiles or folders and have alot more than only 15 buttons mapped.

I downloaded several profiles and button packs from the Elgato store, very handy. And also some paid ones for iRacing and MSFS24.

Now that i can open apps etc on the StreamDeck i no longer need as many icons on my taskbar/desktop.

Ive also mapped buttons to bat files to run commands that would normally take me about 10-15 clicks.

I'm not a streamer so probably not using this to it's full potential. But It has been great for optimising work flow and saving me time while doing business admin. I bought this for my little boys birthday as he is getting into streaming. I know, it’s an expensive present, but I don’t know who’s had more joy from it, me or him. Not just for streaming, the possibilities are endless, just limited by your creative mind. We have it hooked up to everything. Gaming, lights, email/text responses etc. it’s an amazing toy/tool. I was on the fence about purchasing a macro pad thinking it might be over the top. I was so wrong. The usefulness of this device is excellent - I've set up a range of commonly done tasks, like launching four or five browser tabs across my widescreen monitor, while having another button that launches Spotify, plays a Chill Beats playlist, and opens a YouTube tab with brown noise to help me concentrate, set at 50% volume - all with just one button press. This is a fantastic tool that has helped me be more productive and ultimately more profitable. The possibilities are endless since you can customise yourself or download other profiles that suit your needs. A must have for anyone using a computer as part of their working, it really helps to streamline processes. I would recommend it to all.
