HP 18H24AA 230 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Combo

Was looking for a simple keyboard and mouse for my steam deck and this does the job perfectly. It's no rgb gaming keyboard but it does the job well!. Easy to use. Easy to use.

The mouse is great, very smooth sliding across the desk.
The keyboard with half height soft keys. Its between the hp laptop flat keys and a mechanical clicky keyboard.
Its taking time to get use to it, the left Ctrl key has stuck down once. Not sure what happened. Its fine at the moment.

Not related to this combo, after adding a very short USB-C extension cable to my Thunderbolt hub, the wireless adapter is not recognised on the hubs 4 USB ports.
I have to plug it into the laptop again. Do I blame hp or Windows 11 for this. The mouse is great, very smooth sliding across the desk.

I like the feel of the keys on his keyboard, and that it has a full number pad. It's nice no cables are going everywhere. I suppose there might be quieter keyboards, but it doesn't bug me. I got this on sale for much less than other stores had it at the time. At full price I maybe would have bought the basic Logitech one instead. I'm not sure, but at the price I paid, it was an absolute bargain. Seems to work well. Plug and play. Allegedly has very long battery life etc. it's from a reputable brand (hp).

I cannot say it's quality over time, as I've only had it a week, but I don't see any reason it would fail.
