First of all I have to say this is a great keyboard for the price, especially if you get it on special. It's really easy to dismantle (8 screws) and modify if you're into that sort of thing. The typing feel is great, I have a ROG Falchion as well and the difference is night and day. Inside the case is a sheet of case foam, foam gaskets, and more foam in the PCB assembly – there's foam everywhere, which results in a really nice cushioned sound but with more than adequate tactile feedback. If you're someone that works in an office, stays up late, or doesn't want to bother anyone, this is an amazing buy. It's basically silent.

There's support for both Mac and Windows and a set of keycaps for each, which is a nice touch. Inside the box you also get a keycap+switch puller, a hex key for those eight screws, and a small screwdriver: all you need to disassemble the keyboard. Personally, I had to change the keycaps to a slightly bigger set as the stock ones were a bit small for my fingers. There's also a sweet volume knob with super precise clicks you can feel. Also both 2.4 GHz and BT modes of course with the option to run it wired too.

That being said, though, this keyboard has south-facing LEDs. The LED is located in front of the switch, as opposed to north-facing LEDs, which are at the back. This means you get minimal shine-through when using keycaps designed for north-facing layouts (the stock caps are opaque anyway, which is another reason why I switched them over) and the lights are very visible from a lot of typing angles. Some people prefer these because they eliminate interference with Cherry profile keycaps but it compromises the intended shine-through effect, which is to light up the legends without spilling out between the keys. I have to turn the brightness up all the way if I want any shine-through and every time I look down it's quite painful. Instead of the surface legends being lit up, the fronts are, and the lights shine through the gaps between the keys. If you're looking directly down at the keyboard, that doesn't happen, but that doesn't work for practical reasons. It's definitely not ideal and is the only thing that holds this back from being a 5/5 product, but again, this is just what I think. The picture makes it look a lot better; there's next to no shine through and the lights are quite bright.

Finally, there's some flex with this keyboard, especially when pressing down firmly on the ESC key. This is because the gaskets span each side of the case, one on each side and two along the tops and bottoms, but for the top, since there's a small protrusion on the inside along the top-left corner for your 2.4 GHz/BT and Mac/Windows switches, the gasket doesn't run all the way to the corner like on the top right. This means if you press keys in that area firm enough, they'll dip down slightly (that goes the same for other keys in the corners, but less so). So don't be worried if you find a bit of flex, just don't force it down with excessive pressure. I'm well aware this is a long and geeky review, but I hope this helps.

The price is good compared to other boards; it was cheaper than Keychron's own website due to their shipping costs. I recommend buying this instead of the big-name brand keyboards. It's a good starter board, and you can also make it even better with modifications. It features a 5-pin hotswap design, and it came well-lubed!
