Background

In 1950, Boeing began developing a four-engine aircraft for both civilian and military use. On May 14, 1954, the Boeing factory in Renton produced the 367-80, which made its maiden flight on July 15. This prototype would be used in the joint development of the KC-135 aerial refueling aircraft and the well-known Boeing 707 civilian aircraft.

On October 15, Pan American ordered the first six jets, the Boeing 707-121. Subsequently, the Boeing 707 was developed in parallel with the various military versions, the C-135 and C-137, resulting first in the 200 series and then the 300 series, both very different from each other.

The Boeing 707, with nearly 1,000 units built, embodies the beginnings of modern air travel. This aircraft was solid and reliable, as well as popular with both crews and passengers. Air France's Boeing 707s were named after castles-"Château de Vincennes" was the second of the 29 aircraft ordered by the French national airline.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.
