The Tamiya 12057 1/12 Porsche 935 Martini model kit is a finely updated re-issue that celebrates one of Porsche's most legendary race cars. The real Porsche 935 Martini was a racing marvel, developed from the iconic 930 Turbo to comply with FIA Group 5 regulations. Fitted with a powerful KKK turbocharger and a 2.9-liter flat-six engine capable of producing 590PS, the 935 was built for dominance. In the 1976 World Championships, the car competed in all seven rounds and initially achieved overwhelming victories worldwide despite facing reliability challenges mid-season, culminating in a triumphant championship win for Porsche.
