The product is exceptional value compared to a fancy monitor arm. It is stable and, in my opinion, looks fine on a desk. It is not as easy or as flexible to adjust as a high-end monitor stand from a company like Dell, but given its value for money, that's fine — it gets the job done.

The instructions are poor, however. For instance, they give no indication of how to lower the monitor on the stand (you need to lift it all the way to the top, which releases an internal locking mechanism, and then gently lower it). It does height, tilt and 360° rotate - what else could you want?
Not all stands do that. Silicone feet which "grip" desk so no sliding.

I accidentally threw out the stand that came with my monitor when I moved house (I had been using an articulating arm that clips onto my desk). Long story short, I ended up needing to use my monitor in a freestanding application. This was the best single monitor stand I could find and it happens to be a great price. Matte black looks good (although it's a fingerprint magnet) and the flat base allows me to put my 60% keyboard right under my monitor. No issues yet. Tried to use this stand on a 32" curved monitor and it felt like it was going to tip forwards every time I touched the monitor. I ended up going back to the stock stand despite how much space it took.
The build quality is great though.
I would get a monitor arm instead if your desk supports it in general but doubly so for 32" Curved monitors. Stable, solid and the easy rotation to portrait mode (YouTube shorts creation usage) is spot on. It really is good value for money.

Just needed a smaller stand for my AOC monitor as the stand that comes with it takes way too much desk space. This one however is decent. The only big issue with it is the slider adjustment.
