Purchased for gaming, upgrading from a 60Hz old 27". This is a new entry to market so I had no reviews to rely on. Priced at a level I could afford. I really like the screen and the size of it, but the monitor stand is not fit for purpose in my opinion. It's too heavy for the stand causing it to be very wobbly, such that it wobbles quite a bit even when I'm just sitting at the desk typing. I took it back shortly after buying it, and they sent it off to AOC, but it came back saying there was nothing wrong with it. We have fixed the issue by placing a wooden block on each side between the monitor and stand legs to better support it and that has made a world of difference. An excellent monitor for the price range.

Two small criticisms

1. You are sacrificing a bit on colour depth, if that matters to you

2. There's a fair bit of wobble with the out of box stand so if your desk is not completely stable, or if your keyboard causes significant vibration, expect a bit of response from the monitor. An excellent monitor for the price range.

Lasted me less than 2 months. I was loving it as it seems very good quality and picture appearance, but all no good if it doesn't work.
Spontaneously couldn't even handle 50hz any longer (black screen with some distorted lines all through, no matter what troubleshooting I completed) and will be getting returned.
