Might need a Firmware Update.
The Monitor is fine, however I thought it would be appropriate to make people to be aware there is a firmware update before sinking there hard earned dosh into this monitor. Mine like everyone else's I assume came with firmware MCM101. This can be updated to firmware MCM103 as of 17/05/25 which is the latest firmware update on the Asus website. 'I know Monitors have firmware updates"
I thought it might be helpful to list steps below if anyone is struggling with this If they intend on updating there monitors firmware. But please do so at your own risk and would advise to doing a bit of research before carrying out the process.

Just like its big brother, only better
Simply a beautiful monitor. I own its big brother, the PG32UCDM (the best purchase I have ever made) and this is practically identical except it also has the addition of DP2.1 which is nice.
As with most ASUS Products, you're paying a premium, but you get your moneys worth.
Fantastic monitor
Coming from an XG27UQ, got blown away by the colour and contrast. Though black background turns a bit purple during day-time with sunlight in the room, otherwise perfect black.
No VESA mount screws included which is unbelievable for a monitor costs this much.
Minus one star because how Asus treats NZ regarding the NZ price compared to US RRP.
No preorder bonus of monitor arm
Seemingly scarce availability of MH:Wilds codes for the promo, tried to redeem on 7th Apr but already ran out
