Logitech MX Ergo S Advanced Wireless Mouse

Replacing my last one of 5 years which is used every day but finally fell apart. Use it for gaming mostly but equally as good when spread sheeting.

Very ergonomic and does not use a lot of space.

I gave it as a gift so I thought it was still micro-USB since I have a similar product. I read the specs and to my surprise it is already USB-C. I have to get a new one now. I think I got mine is at least before covid. So I know this is a solid product. Pros

I've used this thumb roller design of mouse for over 6 years. It's the most comfortable type I've found. Even on heavy use days, my hand doesn't ache as it used to on the old style mouse.
The only mild problem is that sometimes other people, who still use the old style of mouse, have a little trouble using mine. I've used this thumb roller design of mouse for over 6 years. Needed to replace my previous Logitech wired trackball which I'd for 20 years and that had recently started to have issues with accuracy and responsiveness. Very pleased with this replacement, easy to setup and pair to multiple devices and then switch between main desktop and laptop. A good product that I've only been using for the past month but no complaints or issues. The Ergo S has some small design improvements:
- Bottom plate and how the rubber mat is cut/adhered
- Silent buttons
- Ball did not need any break in - smooth from the get-go
- Comes with Logi Bolt

4/5 because I don't understand why Logitech only allows pairing to 2 devices where other MX mouses can pair with 3 devices.

I have used the non "S" variant for years now and found it to be excellent except for the buttons that start to wear out in a couple of years (I'm now on my 3rd ball mouse, and I replaced the buttons myself on one of them). I'm pretty heavy user though as its used for work.
The new S variant has quite different main buttons - they don't make a click as such (although you can feel a change as you press the button)! This took a little while to get used to but in the end I now quite like it. I'm also hopefully that they may fix or at least improve the longevity of the buttons but time will tell!

Good quality product by Logitech. A bit of a learning curve with being able to move fast and accurate with your thumb. Can customise using software. I really love logitech mouse. I use to own the old version of this mouse and got broken after 8 years of use so i had to by this one. highly recommended! I really love logitech mouse.
