Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Wireless Ergonomic Gaming Mouse - White Edition

This is my first time owning a wireless mouse, and I must say it is quite impressive when using the 2.4GHz dongle.

The underglow is a nice touch on the RGB layout, and I appreciate the toggleable scroll wheel feature between stepped and free-wheeling. For a plastic body, it feels surprisingly solid and grippy. All buttons feel tactile and responsive.

The extra side button (default setting - DPI clutch) is slightly further away from where your hand naturally rests, which has made getting used to it rather troublesome. I've also come from using symmetrical mouses my entire life (a Deathadder Elite was my last mouse), and I've found the "ergonomic" design of this mouse a bit lacklustre. This may take some more use on my end to get used to, however.

If you've got money to burn and are familiar with this mouse style, go for it. It's not disappointing.

I love razer devices but these mouses keep breaking. Ive owned every razer basilisk mouse that has come out and every one of them have the same problem. This is a common problem with razer devices that the wireless dongle randomly stops working, and the mouse scroll wheel is also very fragile. not even a year of use and the scroll click dosent register anymore. The dongle also just randomly decided to stop working for no apparent reason.

4/5 for mouse style and functionality (until half the functions stop working)

The Pros:
1. This great mouse, fun to use
2. It has better battery life than its predecessor
3. The build quality is excellent
4. I feel like the Razer software has also improved over time and is no longer as intrusive as it used to be.

The Cons:
1. The thumb trigger button is no longer removeable. You will accidentally trigger this all the time if you are upgrading from the previous Razer mouse which had a removeable thumb button. You will just have to disable in it the razer software and do your best.
