Dynabook Toshiba Tecra A40-K 14" FHD Business Laptop Intel Core i5-1335U

I recently purchased the Dynabook Toshiba Tecra A40-K 14" FHD Business Laptop Intel Core i5-1335U from PB Tech and I’m very happy with it. The laptop is fast, reliable, and perfect for business and everyday multitasking. The performance is smooth, the build quality feels solid and the battery life has been great so far.

The service from PB Tech was also excellent, easy purchase process with good communication. I would definitely recommend both the laptop and the store.

Good battery life, fast processor

Having moved from an 8 year old laptop to this one, the processing speed out of this world! Battery life is excellent, despite what I've read in other reviews. The only downside is that the power button is very small, and it's hard to tell when you've turned the power on until a few seconds afterwards, when you see some faint LED lights just under the function keys at the top of the keyboard.

Short battery life

Runs smoothly and is reasonably rugged for outdoor use. Of note the screen doesn't do too well under direct sunlight. The battery life is shorter than we had hoped, lasting about 4 hours at most. Unfortunately this model is not compatible with the larger add-on battery modules.

Reliable as always

We've always used dynabooks and these ones have been no different, works smoothly and reliably. Though we have noticed these newer models have a slightly weaker battery

Shipping Costs

Shipping Security and Insurance

All orders shipped by PB Tech are sent via a courier with a signature required for each delivery. In some cases, and only where you have given the courier company permission to leave orders at a designated location, your order may be delivered without requiring a signature. All orders sent by PB Tech are fully insured in the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged or go missing in transit.

The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
