I couldn't be happier with this laptop.
It was incredibly easy to set up and worth my Microsoft Account all of my apps and even all of my files were quickly copied to my new computer.

We came all the way from Dunedin to Chrischurch to buy this laptop and we never regret about that since
The person who reviewed that laptop for us was amazing. We actually went to buy some other dell laptop but he made us to buy upgraded HP one. A number of responses when the machine was initially set up showed that disk corruptions were evident on the hard drive. Ran chkdsk utility to fix problems, subsequently had messages indicating that the recycle bin was corrupted. It appears product quality and testing is not up to standard. No SD card reader, looks like it has a microSD card slot but it doesn't. Disappointing when my previous HP Pro had this. Finger print reader isn't there.
