everything online was efficient and fast, as soon as I purchased online, I received notification of the purchase, and then the tracking details of my purchase. When it arrived it was what was advertised then I plugged it into my usb outlet, and my connection was immediate and fast. I had trouble with my connection, as I am part of a block of differing business sharing the same wifi network. I noticed my connection dragged or cut out half-way through a connection. Was not able to connect to my zoom or whats app as it kept cutting out. However, when I purchased this product, I have had no trouble with my connection. I had this up and running in a few minutes and it works like a dream. Getting solid download and upload speeds of 200mbs+. In my RF environment, I'm super happy with that performance. Added this to my SFF Dell PC in the lounge to get Wifi from my Spark Smart Modem on the otherside of the house,about 2 rooms away(kitchen and a bedroom). Easy install using drivers from TP Links website. Worked perfectly from the get go. On my 500/100 Connection im getting over 200 down and 100 up in the lounge. Very happy with the result. Just make sure you plug it into a USB 3 Slot on your PC for better speeds. Good price and better than running a long bit of Cat cable from the router. Recommended. After moving my desktop to a lower position, the Wi-Fi signal became very weak. However, after using this product, I was able to receive a strong signal. The extension cable is very useful.
