Fantastic

Bought this and have been using a couple of days now with recommendation from the young man working here. So pleased with the performance and we now have great wifi on the whole property. We placed the extender in the garage so it would reach the flat behind it- worked a treat!

Works as it should - Easy to set up

We were having major Wi-Fi connectivity issues (100+ year-old Victorian with 3 floors). Plugged the Netgear EX6400 into an outlet in the middle hallway and now have a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the house.

Pro: Near instant fix for poor indoor Wi-Fi signal
Con: None, really.

Probably a good product but...

Bought this product to extend my ORBI mesh wifi (can't buy satellites anymore for the orbi rbr 50) and it completly trashed my network during the firmware update process. I had to throw the ORBI in the bin afterwards and buy a new Mesh wifi system. PB tech were very good and gave a refund on the ex6400 but it was just a nightmare to sort everything afterwards.

Works ok. Very slow and not wifi 6 compatible

Bought this to extend a netgear nighthawk router (rax10).
Reduces speed to 25mbps and doesn't support wifi 6. Will be replacing it with the cheaper wifi 6 model.

Best suited for older systems.

Setup was ok, although the app is a little slow/buggy.

From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. 7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
