Piece of crap

Setup instructions are animated videos in an app, doesn't have standby mode, constant errors and firmware notices. Canon products are the worst

Breaking Free from HP

When you can buy a printer like this with so much free ink - it's basically the same price as equivalent ink refills for an HP printer. Literal tanks you fill with cheap ink that isn't locked or encrypted or have an expiration date. Putting the ink in can seem a bit precarious, but it's well thought out as long as you follow the instructions. The instructions to get it going are a bit confusing, though, so read them carefully. Highly recommended with this one.

Shipping Security and Insurance

The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
