Promising product but does not work as expected

I purchased this item to be able to connect to my Creality pad. I wanted to be able to use the ai print failure feature, however this does not work. I can also not use the timeplapse recording feature, despite triple checking all the settings

Creality Nebula Camera

Would buy another one again.

Difficult to setup

Camera was quite difficult to setup as I have a Prusa Core One. This is more my fault as the camera is intended for Creality printers. However eventually I was able to get it working to a decent quality

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.
