Recommend for Starters

This is a good start-up kit for people getting into taking their computers etc apart. Good variety of tools. Only downside is that the vacuum cleaner set is very different compared to what is pictured. Overall a good kit though. Definitely helped me get into self-repair.

Great variety of tools, little concerned with the fittings

Opening this kit was great because I could see a variety of uses for all of the tools supplied however there is a huge problem, in my mind, and that is that the slots for each tool are so snug that you need to really tug at most of the tools to get them out (some of these tools have sharp edges).

I do like that you get some really well made tools such as the screw driver handle but I'm not so happy with the wire stripper since it pops out of it's holder and is actually more trouble to put back in than to take out, like most of the other tools are.

Delivery Estimates

The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
