extra storage
for some reason my motherboard is stupid as heck and if i use this m2 slot i cant use pcie 5. and if i use these slots pcie 5 runs at 4 and 8x.
so i got this.. as a external gaming drive since it has a cooling fan it works great. i have been able too run stuff of it fine with no problems.. i do have a 20gb type c port on my motherboard. and now i can use full pcie 5 and the second slot. with out the motherboard saying but your using hte m2b slot we have disabled your pcie lane.
only thing was that something hit the fan and it sounded like my pc was going too blow up but after cleaning it the fan was quiet again..
