Very happy with the product. Setup is a no-brainer - plugged in my laptop and other gadgets and all done. Gives me peace of mind that my electronics are protected during power surges. You'd know if there was a power outage or surge as the unit will sound alert beeps. Purchased April last year on a good deal.

Good for the price but...

This is a very cheap UPS and it does the job when it comes to keeping things going when the power drops out.
Connected via USB to a QNAP NAS which gives it time to shutdown cleanly
Only downside, the reason for 3.5/5, is that from time to time it produces a high pitch and very loud noise.
This one will go in the comms cupboard to power the ONT and router and will buy a larger UPS for the main PC etc. but won't be a CyberPower this time, I'm not spending more to have the noise issue again.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the items being shipped and in some cases shipping may even be FREE.

Shipping Security and Insurance

All orders shipped by PB Tech are sent via a courier with a signature required for each delivery. In some cases, and only where you have given the courier company permission to leave orders at a designated location, your order may be delivered without requiring a signature. All orders sent by PB Tech are fully insured in the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged or go missing in transit.

The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
