I've just set this up, powering a basic Win10 i5 desktop machine and 23" monitor.

I didn't know what to expect on the software side, but was impressed to see the UPS instantly detected and installed as a UPS HID device (after connecting the USB). Once installed, the desktop machine behaves much like a battery powered laptop. Battery and charging status is displayed in the task bar, and you can configure the power options (normal control panel settings) to provide alarms and/or hibernate etc at specified battery percentages. There is no need to install the Netguard software to get this behaviour. I've given it a test (flicking the power switch off) and the PC and monitor transitioned to battery without a hitch. I haven't left it to run down the battery to force PC shutdown, but given the seamless integration, I would be surprised if that doesn't work as expected.

Living in a rural location, very happy to have added some extra peace of mind.

Other notes: My i5-8xxx machine plus monitor causes the UPS to indicate 1 bar out of 4 loading on the UPS (basic office apps), so very comfortably within rating. My power down test indicates around 35 minutes of battery time at this load.

Solid product, and silent when on power- a small buzz when on battery.
It can be monitored through through software (and supplied USB cable). The beeping alarm can be turned off too- but for some reason the software (a webpage) initially put in the date, then refused, and somehow lost the preference for the beeper to be off- maybe a reset of everything would solve it.
I put in a power plug that was quite tight (on other sockets too)- the back panel seemed to flex a bit when pushed in, which wasn't too reasurring- so just need to be a bit careful.

Brought this to run my PC through as we live on a Boat and power goes out constantly so having the extra time to save documents or to turn the power on has been amazing.
Never noticed the switch to the UPS and has done everything advertised well.
