I think one of the better model 4070's, noise and temps on par or better than some 3 fan cards, with a sleek and clean design.
A real generational leap.
As an upgrade from an older GTX970, I have to say I've been blown away by the performance of this card. The 4070 is simultaneously quieter, much more power efficient and exponentially more powerful than the card from before, and a core component I hope to count on for another 5-8 years at least.
I will say I was hesitant to upgrade components due to the price of video cards still being much higher than they were before the crypto market boom of the late 2010's, and I do wish the price was a bit cheaper, but in general I do think the 4070 is a very good card - my understanding is that with NVIDIA cards, the price to performance ratio is gen...view more

Excellent GPU with outstanding performance
Bought this for 3 weeks after having GTX 970 for 8 years; and I have not encountered any issues since.
Performance is top-notch especially in raytracing, the fan noise is minimal, and the upgrade has been truly worth it despite the price.
Runs exceptionally well without worrying about performance drop on current games such as Metro Exodus and Alan Wake 2
Definitely worth considering for 1440p/2k setup.
