It's light and fast. The wrist band is not great if under warm conditions - you're gonna sweat a lot! Sleep monitoring does not work, but I was expecting this. It's kind of delusional to think these watches can do it. Anyway, the gps/tracking system is good for the price. The sports monitoring system lack a good work out gym checker. This watch only measures your moving activities basically. HR is quite efficient. To sum up, it's a good device, but I think like it's too expensive for what it provides. It's light and fast. This is comfortable to wear. Very easy to change straps - excellent design there. It has GPS and BT speakerphone. I find that Huawei bands and watches have exceptional battery life. It is important because I use it to track sleep. This one lasts about 3-4 days with Display Always On. I haven't tried using it for activities yet except for walking about 30-40 minutes with GPS on. I haven't swam with it yet. It has most or more of the functionalities of my old original Samsung watch but much better battery life. Those would struggle at 1-2 days. Because Google blocks Huawei, you won't find the app on Google Play Store, but not an issue; it's straight forward and easy to set up with the QR code.

Firstly my bad it's a Huawei which means although it "maybe" be a good product at a great price point, there are issues which you need to be aware of before purchasing.

1. Downloading the app. This is an exercise in perseverance because you will not find the Huawei Health App in the app store due to conspiracy concerns. You need to search for the app (and guide) on the web. There are numerous third parties which carry the app and while I downloaded the right app it wasn't up to date and once downloaded I was blocked from accessing updates. 2. Setting up the watch. Pairing was tortuous! An unbelievably frustrating process to pair my watch to my phone. Took numerous attempts but if you hold your tongue the right way it is possible. I then has to wait 15 minutes for the latest updates to download / install.

3. User Manual. There is no operational manual and the settings on the watch are not intuitive so you will need to download a user manual.

4. Functionality. Typically there are way too many functions 95% which will never be used so again a case of because there are so many options there is no simple way of accessing the functions you are likely to use most often. The developers are obviously remunerated for quantity over quality and that's absolutely the case with this watch. Even trying to start / stop a run is massively over-engineered.

5. Multiple screen display options. The main screen (e.g. time / battery remaining etc) and what it displays, apparently there are thousands of options. Well there are THREE default options and if you want something beyond these they come at a cost...;

6. The Huawei Health app is terrible. With so many apps out there from other smart watch providers that could be used as a reference point, these guys have come up with something that's poorly laid out and is the worst colour palette I have ever seen in an app.

There are positives:
- The touch screen and screen size are great
- The sound was very clear

In conclusion, the great price point comes with a big caveat - you really have to know what you are doing to get the best our of your purchase. Be prepared to spend considerable time and effort setting up and learning how to use the phone and app functionality. The old school dial on the watch seems to be superfluous and the one button operation means you are likely to be stumbling about trying to find the right functions to operate the watch. Unfortunately this watch is a classic case of Huawei making it is lot harder than it should be to operate this watch.

I did pretty extensive research before buying as I've had expensive ones in the past that I have not been impressed with at all. This watch is perfect - the cheapest one with GPS that I could find, and honestly - does everything I could ask for and looks great 💯 recommend.
